NorthView Advisors represents Atlanta Electrical Distributors in its sale to WESCO Distribution

NorthView Advisors LLC (“NorthView”) is proud to announce the successful sale of its client, Atlanta Electrical Distributors LLC (“AED”) to WESCO Distribution, a subsidiary of WESCO International Inc., a leading provider of industrial, and communications MRO and OEM products, construction materials, and advanced supply chain management and logistics services.
Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, AED generates approximately $85 million in annual revenues from five locations in Georgia and is an electrical distributor focused on the construction and MRO markets.
